Brian Eisenberg is the Founder of NOC Lacrosse, Co-Director of So Cal Express Lacrosse, an Assistant Coach for Pomona Pitzer College's Women's Lacrosse (NCAA DIII) and the Head Coach for Esperanza High School Girls' Lacrosse. 
 

Eisenberg's women's lacrosse career began In 2009.  In the inaugural year of women's lacrosse at Chapman University, where he lead the Chapman University Lady Panthers to a winning record and earned Western Women's Lacrosse League (WWLL) Division II Coach of the Year honors in 2009. In 2011, Eisenberg's third season as head coach at Chapman, the team went undefeated (17 - 0) to win Division II regional (WWLL) and national (WCLA) championships, which earned him 2011 Coach of the Year for both the WWLL and WCLA Division II. The Panthers moved into Division I club for the 2012 season, knowing they would only be there one year, where they finished second in the region (WWLL) and 12th nationally (WCLA). In spring 2013, the Panthers joined the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and competed at the NCAA Division III level, where they finished 2nd in the SCIAC and barely missed making the NCAA Tournament.

In the spring of 2012, Eisenberg spent one season with the El Dorado High School Girls’ program, where he helped the team reach the Orange County playoffs for the first time in the program’s history, making it to the second round.  Since 2013, he has spent his time at Esperanza High School, where the team tied Newport Harbor for the league title in the spring of 2015 and was ranked as high as #5 in the county during the Spring 2018 season.  Also in 2018, Brian joined the Pomona Pitzer Sagehens (NCAA DIII) coaching staff.  In his first two years, the team has made it to the conference championship both years and looks to help a maturing team win the conference and make the NCAA playoffs in Spring 2020.  

Most of Eisenberg's coaching experience came from the boy''s side of the game, where he was the director of So Cal Youth Lacrosse, Head Coach of Tesoro High School (2005 - 2011), Director of the Olympian Starz Lacrosse, and was the General Manager of the Relentless Lacrosse program (all in Rancho Santa Margarita).  While at So Cal Youth Lacrosse, they were the biggest youth boy's lacrosse organization in Orange County with as many as 10 teams per season.  While at Tesoro High School, the program made the Orange County playoffs every season, won their league title twice (Undefeated in 2008) and were ranked as high as #2 in Orange County (in 2011).  Olympian Starz was the first club program in the Rancho Santa Margarita area and ran as many as 10 teams each season to compete in tournaments around Southern California.  Relentless Lacrosse raised over $60,000 in two summers for the Headstrong Foundation, while traveling to Utah, Colorado, Washington and New Jersey, educating opponents about Non-Hodgkins Leukemia and the Headstrong Foundation.  Graduates of Relentless Lacrosse were some of the first larger group of boy's from Orange County to play NCAA Division I Lacrosse.

In addition to coaching, Eisenberg has also had the opportunity to work as a team manager with two local professional lacrosse teams, the Anaheim Storm (indoor) from 2003 - 2005 and the L.A. Riptide (outdoor) from 2006 - 2008.

Eisenberg, a Type 1 (Juvenile) Diabetic, from Baltimore, Md., did not let that hold him back from excelling in sports. A three-sport athlete in high school (ice hockey, soccer and lacrosse), he played both men's soccer and lacrosse at Chapman University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in May, 1999.  He also more recently earned his Masters of Arts in Leadership Development from Chapman University in December, 2015 and enjoys utilizing tools from this experience towards coaching, youth development, and running organizations.
